Tejas Express started between Mumbai to Goa

Tejas Express is ready to start its journey today. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu will flag off the first Tejas Express train from Mumbai to Karmali, Goa. Bookings for the Tejas Express service opened from May 21 on IRCTC website. The Train will start between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai, and Karmali, Goa on today. The inaugural train will leave from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 3:25 pm today, and will arrive at Karmali at 12:35 am tomorrow. The Tejas will halt at Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri and Kudal stations.

BHARATQR Code as Payment Option on IRCTC Website

BharatQR code payment method is expected to go live on the IRCTC website within a month. It is a major revolutionary step because of interoperability. IRCTC has introduced pay on delivery a new facility on its the www.irctc.co.in website and the mobile app itself to facilitate the travelers who don't feel comfortable sharing their details online!
